Right Brain Neuro-Compatibility

Most right brainers attribute the way their brain processes information, make decisions, and what they are motivated by, to their personality traits.

That's because most people haven't been taught anything about their brain type and neuro-compatibility. It's not one of the standard areas of study in school.

The truth is, most of these traits are actually hard wired into their right brain neuro-compatibility.

As right brainers, we often try to fit into the left brain world of business. That usually causes us to value what we have learned over our natural gifts and talents, but that leaves us exhausted confused, disillusioned, and often chronically overwhelmed, undervalued, and underpaid. (Sound familiar?)

You might be interested to know that PET Scans indicate learned abilities require 100 times more energy and oxygen than innate gifts, talents and efficient brain functions.
Inefficient brain functions rob your body of the fuel it needs to operate and repair itself.

What that means is that when you are operating outside of your brain's natural, hard wired efficiency, it takes way more effort to stay on task, complete tasks, or to re-energize yourself for the next thing to focus on.

But when you are harnessing the power of your natural neuro-compatibility, you are energized, focused, probably don't notice the passing of time, and you feel more fulfilled than when you are trying to squeeze yourself into left brain activities.

Here's an interesting paradox right brainers have to deal with:

Right brainers crave freedom, which means we shy away from too much structure. The paradox is that structure can create freedom, so we are resisting the  very thing that is required to create the freedom we desire.

Here are a few other things you should know about right brain entrepreneurs and executives:

Our biggest fear is lack of respect, yet few of us really respect ourselves fully and we often become martyrs by putting other people's needs first, helping everyone else, and not getting the help and support we need.

We use experience as our currency and we're naturally great at creating experiences for others. When we realize and claim this, we can tailor our businesses to create great experiences for our customers.

Our brains also crave variety and flexibility, which often leads us to start lots of things, yet rarely finish them.

Most right brainers I k now have a to do list with hundreds of unfinished action items, anxiety about not completing them, and no viable process for completing them.

All of this is part of the normal right brain experience, unless or until you learn the proven methods to help you work with your neuro-compatibility, structure your business so that you get your personal needs met AND you can profit from your natural gifts and talents.

Over the last 15 years I've helped 100's of right brain entrepreneurs and executives do just that.

If any of this sounds like you, and you'd like to make a change, get out of struggling to do what you think you are "supposed", and actually get to the place of designing your business and life in a way that harnesses your natural gifts and talents, capitalizing on your optimal neuro-compatibility, then let's talk.
